This is How it Works:
Intrepid English Members receive an email on 1st of the month reminding them to book their Monthly Check-in Session with Lorraine.
During that session, Lorraine will ask you questions to discover what your goals are. She’ll show you how to turn those goals from vague, distant ideas into clear, manageable actions and realistic milestones with deadlines.
There’s the structure you have been looking for.
Then Lorraine will work with your Intrepid English teacher (or teachers if you prefer to have more than one English teacher) to plan the English lessons you need to achieve those tasks.
By the time you book the next Monthly Check-in with Lorraine, you’ll have taken steps towards achieving your goals.

Each lesson supports the goals our learners set in their monthly sessions. For example, if your goal is to improve professional fluency, the lessons will give you the vocabulary and structures you need to sound confident and natural.
